Refund policy

At O’Brien Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer hassle-free returns or replacements within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds:

• Free Returns: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags (if applicable) and in original packaging.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Replacements:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll send a free replacement at no extra cost.

• Contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll get a new one sent out ASAP.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at support@obrien-outdoors.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Make subject of email "RETURN"

3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (no cost to you).

4. Drop off the package at any shipping carrier location.

5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
